2025 was the year we stopped lying to ourselves.
Not “next Monday.” Not “after this trip.”
Not “when life slows down.”

We were overweight.
We were tired.
We were making excuses and calling it busy.

And then we decided, once and for all, that our health was no longer negotiable.

We pulled the trigger on purchasing an Oxefit XS1 and a Peloton so we could no longer have excuses because our gym would be in our apartment. Messy hair, sometimes no shoes, mismatching outfits... it didn’t matter. What mattered is we showed up for ourselves.

We chose better.
We stopped pretending portions didn’t matter.
We commited.
Just showing up when it would’ve been easier not
to.

Are we finished?
Absolutely not.

We still have a long way to go.
There are days we fall short.
There are moments we want to coast.
But when we look back at where we started...
At how far we’ve already come...
The difference is undeniable.
And here’s the part that matters most
If we can do this: anyone can.
Not because It’s easy.
But because it’s simple.
Hard... but simple.
Health isn’t found in perfection.
It’s built through daily decisions.
Through consistency over comfort.
Through choosing long-term wins over short-term feelings.
This isn’t a “before and after.”
This is a before and forever.
And we’re just getting started.

2025 has been one of the busiest yet slowest-paced years of our lives.

We’ve been overwhelmingly busy with work and building our businesses, yet at the same time, we’ve been more present than ever: traveling, taking moments for ourselves, and truly enjoying life together.

This year, we created a clear vision for what we want not just for the next 10 years, but for the rest of our lives. A vision rooted in valuing time over money, experiences over material things. We’re learning that success doesn’t always mean moving fast. Sometimes it means pausing, sitting back, and allowing yourself to actually enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build.

This year reminded us that growth doesn’t always look loud or rushed. Sometimes, it looks like peace, presence, and gratitude.

We’ve built empires, chased dreams, laughed ‘til we cried, and somehow still actually like each other, which is saying a lot after nearly two decades 😂

My forever teammate, lover, and best friend, my home, my mirror, my twin flame, my forever. 🥂

We’ve basically been celebrating for a month straight because… why not? We decided to go big for our 11th instead of our 10th. (Because we’re different like that 😎). The number 11 just means more to us, it represents two souls mirroring one another, equal in strength, growth, and purpose. They call it the twin flame year, not one, but two who are strongest together 🫶🏻 1 ❤️ 1

We kicked it off in LA, road-tripped to South Lake Tahoe and spent a week in a dope townhome with outdoor tubs and fireplaces, then we headed north and camped under the stars in the Washington state woods (yes, I actually camped 😅 okay fine Marriott now has cabins so.. fine… we glamped), and now we’re closing it out by hopping across Hawaiian islands. And because we don’t know how to not celebrate, we already have dinner reservations lined up in Vegas the minute we get home 😂

For us, life isn’t about things… it’s about moments. It’s about experiences, laughter, and memories that make you stop and say, “Wow, we really did that.”

Thank you for loving me, growing with me, and choosing me - always. I love you endlessly. 😍🙏🏼🤍

You are truly one of a kind. Your patience with people is unmatched (especially when they ask for your advice, don’t follow it, and somehow blame you for it later!). But you just keep showing up, pouring into everyone around you like you were put on this earth to make us all better. And honestly, you do.

You amaze me every day. I’m proud to be your wife, your ride-or-die, and the one who gets to grow old (but let’s keep looking young) with you. Now let’s celebrate, eat something ridiculous, and pretend 47 is the new 27!
